Are you ready to be part of something big?</p>This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles for 3rd Party Custodial release in addition to the support of custody business functions.  The individual will gather, prepare and process daily releases of paid in full contracts, vehicle titles, custody requests, and calls on titles in transit.  This person is responsible for the timely record keeping of titles pledged as collateral and releases of vehicle titles upon payoff. Determines when and to whom titles should be released.  This position is also responsible for the timely processing of imaging services, assists with custody review, performs mail room services, front desk coverage and other office administrative duties.<br><br>This position reports to the Vice President of Collateral &amp; Document Custody.  This position will work in close conjunction with the Custody Department, Titles, Dealer Services and 3rd party Custodian.  This position provides services to other departments, including Customer Service, Remarketing, Funding and Accounting.<br><br>The successful candidate is self-directed in work prioritization, highly organized and detail-oriented, and demonstrates superior judgment-making ability within the scope of the position’s areas of responsibility.
