We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team.Key Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignments·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Function as a leader on an agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Lead code reviews and automated testing·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Takes accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Drives the team’s strategy and prioritizes initiatives·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Influence team members by challenging status quo, demonstrating risk taking, and implementing innovative ideas.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrate technical expertise to help team members overcome technical problems·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Be a productivity multiplier for your team by analyzing your workflow and contributing to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrating faster and stronger results.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Mentor and guide team members to success within the team·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborates with leadership across multiple teams to define solution requirements and technical implementation Engineering &amp; Architecture·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Solves technical problems outside of day-to-day responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Contributes to the success of many teams achieving their goalsQualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.</li><li>6+ years of active engineering experience</li><li>2+ years of technical leadership experience in a complex technical environment and/or comparable experience</li><li>Successful design, creation and deployment of one or more enterprise-grade technology assets, including integration of cross-platform solutions in an Agile product environment.</li><li>Experience with Java applications design and development in an Enterprise setting using Java, J2EE, Vertx, Spring Boot, RDBMSs</li><li>Strong expertise in API Development and architectural / security standards.</li><li>Expertise with HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript Frameworks React and NodeJS</li><li>Thorough understanding of JSON, web services technologies, and data structure fundamentals, with experience in designing highly scalable solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with continuous integration/deployment (GithubActions, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, XLR).</li><li>Expertise in objected oriented analysis &amp; domain driven development and design across a variety of platforms.</li><li>Hands-on expertise with application design, software development and automated testing</li><li>Hands on experience with automation testing and documentation (i.e. automated, functional, and performance)</li><li>Ability to set priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Adaptable to changes in product requirements, organizational structures and business conditions.</li><li>Engaged with the open-source community, demonstrated public speaking, etc</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners on architecture and solution design.</li></ul>Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
