US Consumer Services (USCS) is responsible for growing our consumer business in the US, strengthening our leadership position in the premium space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences. The Proprietary Products, Rewards, and Benefits (PPRB) organization within Product Management & Lending (PML) is part of US Consumer Services and is responsible for making membership essential through the sourcing and delivery of relevant, differentiated and world-class card products & benefits that drive demand and inspire card members to deepen loyalty.

Centurion represents American Express’s most exclusive Membership and the pinnacle of our customer experience. The U.S. Consumer Centurion Product Management Teamowns the product strategy, value proposition, and P&L for the U.S. Centurion Card product. This Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting core aspects of the portfolio strategy across value proposition, servicing, and insights.

This role reports to the Senior Manager – U.S. Centurion Card Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio insights, including P&L and customer feedback, portfolio scorecards and competitive intelligence
  • Collaborate with partners across the Enterprise to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives relating to the U.S. Centurion Card value proposition
  • Collaborate with Centurion Servicing to enhance the customer experience
  • Lead complaints monitoring, identification of operational issues and remediation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills; familiarity with competitive analyses, performance reporting, and market research
  • Passion for and/or thorough understanding of the premium and ultra-high-net-worth customer, with a focus on creating best-in-class products and services
  • Exceptional relationship building and project management skills
  • Ability to proactively and independently identify opportunities for improvement and drive results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
