Aftersales Analytics Product Manager

AutoNation is looking for a Product Manager of Aftersales Analytics to lead the development of analytics solutions that deliver high impacts on financial and strategic business outcomes. This role will report into the CFO Aftersales organization and partner with technical and business leaders across the company. The ideal candidate will have a mix of high business acumen, broad technical expertise, and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will actively manage the trade-offs between speed and scalability to ensure maximum stakeholder satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:                                                                      

• Develop executive-facing reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide clarity into all things aftersales by explaining the “why” beyond the “what”.
• Partner with business stakeholders to create analytics solutions that drive and measure performance.
• Create dimension tables that segment large datasets and facilitate drill-down analysis.
• Perform analyses and recommendations through basic statistical analyses, experiment design, and techniques such as propensity score matching.
• Partner with IT engineers to build scalable solutions such as enterprise reporting and master data management structures.
• Establish a high performance, data-driven culture where speed matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar, quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Strong bias for creating deliverables that drive business outcomes
• Strong understanding of statistics
• Strong understanding of UX design
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience developing reports and dashboards with visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Ability to communicate to both non-technical and technical audiences
• Experience working with data in cloud environments such as Snowflake is a plus
• Experience with other languages such as Python is a plus
• Aftersales and automotive experience is a plus
